I was saddened to read this, as I've always found your output engaging and I viewed you as someone to aspire to as far as writing on Medium goes. I'm struggling for traction writing online. I've posted 56 stories on Medium, covering a wide range of topics from fiction to true crime via humour. I cling to the belief that quality will shine (I'm an old hand at copywriting and I know what makes a decent article), but I'm frustrated daily to see that my work is considerably outperformed by 'how I made $1,000 in a month' type pieces that offer no supporting evidence for the claim made in the title.

Across my 56 articles, I have had a paltry 9 views today (I have 300 followers). I engage regularly with other writers and my total earnings since joining in May come to less than five bucks. I'm not expecting great things, but an occasional cashout would be nice. As the man said though, ever onward.

Anyway, good luck with Live Life Now - I'll check it out.
